Section 1:

• T Express strictly obey regulations given by United States, Vietnam, and international laws.
• T Express has all the right all the prohibited items according to the given import/export laws in the US and Vietnam.
• T Express will not be responsible for any illegal products that the government confiscated during transport.

Section 2:

• Customer are responsible for checking all their items condition before transporting. We are not responsible for any damaged or malfunction if they were originally broken.
• T Express are not responsible for any price true to the item price tag. We are only responsible up to $100, one hundred dollars, if the item were damaged during transport. Or we will refund higher than $100 if you have purchased insurance for that particular package.
• T Express will not be responsible for any items that you resell or transact in Vietnam, we are only providing a transport service and have no interference in how the product being used after we delivered.
• T Express will not be responsible for any eatable or drinkable item that could be harmful to anyone health and/or sickness. Customers are responsible to do all their due diligences about how and what product they or their recipients should consume.

Section 3:

• T Express are allowed to hold user basic information so we can provide a faster service every time you visit our head quarter.
• T Express shall not be using any information of the customers for any other purpose beside transporting the request package(s) to their recipient.
• T Express will not allow any one to access customers information beside the employees that help you transport your packages.
• T Express are allowed to change price depending on the shipment cost and additional charges base customer items.
